Our story
From the job site to running the job
JMB was incorporated in May 2022, but the experience behind it goes back much further. Jorge Muachilunda, who founded and shaped the company, has more than 14 years in construction — in masonry, finishes, and crew coordination — before deciding to build a company that fixed what he kept seeing go wrong on other people's jobs.
The problems were always the same: vague estimates that grew halfway through, deadlines nobody really stood behind, and clients with no one to ask. JMB was built to solve those three things. His standard is the company's standard — quality work delivered on time — and it is why most of our jobs today come from people who were referred by a previous client.

A schedule comes with the estimate. If something slips, you hear about it before it happens — not after.

Active workers' compensation and liability insurance. A safety plan on every job that involves scaffolding.
Our own crew
In-house masons, tile setters, and painters. We subcontract only licensed specialties, and always the same people.
