Before you commit
Yes. Traveling to the site, taking measurements, and preparing the estimate are free and carry no obligation anywhere in our service area. We only charge for technical work when you ask for architectural or engineering drawings.
Within two business days for remodeling and standard work. For new builds or larger contracts the usual turnaround is five business days, because it involves quotes from suppliers and specialty trades.
For most remodels, yes. We phase the work so there is always a working bathroom and kitchen, with dust containment, floor protection, and cleanup at the end of each day. For a full gut remodel it is usually better to move out — we walk you through both options during the visit.
By completed, verifiable phases, set out in the contract. We do not ask for large advances: the first payment covers materials and mobilization, and the rest track actual progress. Every payment is invoiced with VAT.
Yes. Whenever the work requires it — facade changes, additions, sidewalk occupancy for scaffolding, or structural alterations — we prepare and file the application, working with the licensed professionals involved.
